The story emerged during a broadcast of the MBN and Channel S variety show ‘Jeon Hyun-moo’s Secret4’, where Shindong appeared alongside hosts Jeon Hyun-moo and Kwak Joon-bin.
A Heated Exchange During Diet Struggles
The conversation turned to group dynamics and past conflicts when host Jeon Hyun-moo inquired if Shindong had ever experienced fights with other members. Shindong readily admitted that such stories were incomplete without his involvement, recalling a particularly intense disagreement with Yesung.
Shindong explained that the incident occurred while he was on a strict diet. He recounted indulging in an idol sandwich alone in the living room late at night, a breach of his dietary regimen. Yesung, upon seeing this, made a comment that, while perhaps minor in hindsight, deeply upset Shindong at the time.
