JP Morgan has increased its stake in Animalcare Group PLC, a veterinary pharmaceuticals company, to over 6%. The financial institution’s voting rights in the UK-listed firm now stand at 6.356%, a threshold crossed on Sunday and officially notified to regulatory bodies on Tuesday.
