On the 5th, Seoul St. Mary’s Dental Hospital, led by Director Kim Sung-gyun, and Starbucks Korea, represented by CEO Shin Dong-woo, formalized the transfer of funds dedicated to supporting the oral health of individuals with disabilities. This financial contribution stems from a portion of the proceeds generated by the ‘Community Store No. 3’ located within the hospital premises, known as the Seoul St. Mary’s Dental Hospital branch of Starbucks.
Since its establishment in 2021, the Seoul St. Mary’s Dental Hospital Starbucks branch has consistently engaged in support programs designed to bolster the oral health safety net for individuals with disabilities. To date, these efforts have successfully accumulated approximately 600 million Korean Won (KRW) in dental treatment funds. This accumulated funding has been instrumental in providing dental care and surgical support to 227 individuals with disabilities.

The newly transferred funds are specifically earmarked for patients with disabilities who require dental treatments and surgeries due to conditions such as severe congenital jaw abnormalities or significant acquired disabilities.
