K-pop group IDID is marking its first anniversary since debuting, sharing heartfelt messages of gratitude with their dedicated fanbase, known as ‘WITHID’. The seven-member boy group, under Starship Entertainment, officially entered the music scene on September 15th of the previous year with their debut mini-album, ‘I did it.’.
In a remarkably short period, IDID achieved significant milestones. Just twelve days after their debut, they secured their first music broadcast win, signaling a notable impact on the fifth-generation idol market. The group has maintained a prolific pace throughout their first year, releasing the digital single ‘PUSH BACK’ and their single album ‘FLY!’ in May.
Their debut year has been further distinguished by a sweep of major rookie awards. IDID received the Rising Star Award at the ‘2025 Korea Grand Music Awards’ and the Global Rising Artist Award at the ‘2025 Melon Music Awards’. They also clinched the Rookie Award at the ’35th Seoul Music Awards’, the Hot Trend Award at the ‘3rd Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2026’, the K-World Dream Global Spotlight Award at the ‘2026 K World Dream Awards’, and the Next Generation Award at the ‘2026 Sporty K-Pop Awards’. Looking ahead, IDID is set to perform at SBS’s ‘Inkigayo Live in Tokyo’ at the Tokyo Dome on September 22nd.
