The Professional Billiards Association (PBA) player tryout for the 2026-2027 season concluded with a competitive 2.3:1 ratio. Out of 160 participants, 70 players secured pro eligibility.
Tryout Overview
The event spanned two days, April 18 and 19, at Goyang Kintex PBA Stadium in Goyang, South Korea. This annual selection process determines entrants for the PBA Dream Tour, the league’s second division.
Selection Process
Competitors faced a 60-player tournament format. Winners advanced through brackets, while select losers competed in additional rounds. On day one, 35 players progressed, including those with undefeated records. Day two yielded another 35 qualifiers, achieving perfect performances.
