Musinsa officials announced the acquisition, stating, “Bimedia Company and Magazine B have collaborated to plan and produce brand heritage content year-round, leveraging strong planning and production expertise. We decided to acquire the entire operation.”
Launched in 2011, Magazine B features in-depth stories on more than 100 brands, including Pratac, Patagonia, Muji, and Chutaya. Since its inception, the publication has released English editions, selling over 1.7 million copies across more than 40 countries.

The acquisition targets mid-market expansion aimed at international business leaders. Magazine B brings a robust global network, bilingual capabilities, brand editorials, and a skilled creative team to enhance Musinsa’s worldwide operations.
