Kang Ju-eun explained that she had organized a surprise birthday party for him, which was attended by numerous well-known actors. Among those present were Lee Jung-jae and Kim Hee-sun. The gathering took place at a cafe in Apgujeong that featured a garden, a location chosen as part of her plan.
