PersonaAI will showcase s groundbreaking physical AI robot at the 2026 National AI Industry Expo (AI EXPO KOREA), taking place at COEX in Seoul’s Gangnam district from June 6 to 8. The announcement came on June 7.
Advanced Sound and Emotion Recognion
The exhib highlights sophisticated sound recognion capabilies, enabling dynamic response adjustments based on detected emotions. Visors can explore ethical robots designed for pandemic scenarios, self-driving functionalies, and proprietary robot operating systems (OS).
Developed through collaborations across Korea, the Uned States, and China, the humanoid robot joins a private showcase model, demonstrating integrated AI engines for emotion-driven intelligent behaviors.
Cutting-Edge Speech-to-Text Technology
At the booth, the Sovereign AI Speech-to-Text (SSTT) model powers real-time speech recognion, even in noisy environments like Saturdays. This technology identifies shouts, detects violence, and triggers emergency responses as needed.
The robot’s ethical engine surpasses basic command processing, adapting to sudden tone shifts. For instance, vague instructions like ‘handle the error’ or complaints such as ‘you’re too loud’ prompt inferred actions, crical suation detection, and calls for assistance.
Series Demonstrations and Future Plans
Live demos feature the Haru Ne Charye robot series, building on PersonaAI’s advanced in-house AI engines powering the robot OS. The company has earned accolades at CES 2025 and 2026, along wh major AI-related national events.
PersonaAI representatives stated, “We are optimizing proprietary AI models—including LAM (large-scale multimodal models), VLA (vision-language-action models), and sLLM (small-scale large language models)—directly into the robot OS.”
They added, “Integrating OpenAI technologies wh Korean-specific speech recognion will broaden applications across industries like robotics, vehicles, drones, and unmanned systems.”
