Kim’s portfolio primarily features two major real estate transactions involving regular salaried workers. The largest holding consists of expected deposit returns valued at 4.34 billion won. Other significant assets include real estate worth 1.28 billion won, stocks at 1.23 billion won, bonds totaling 590 million won, vehicles valued at 99.56 million won, resort membership rights at 32 million won, and cash holdings of 5 million won.
The real estate primarily involves a jointly owned apartment in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, purchased with his spouse and valued at approximately 1.28 billion won. Stock investments include repurchase agreement bonds (RP) worth 180 million won. Kim’s spouse holds shares in companies such as Billionaire (204 shares), Rocket Lab (301 shares), AlphaBet A (157 shares), SanDisk (119 shares), and Tesla (56 shares).
