New Director’s Extensive Experience
Carter Welch brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in financial services, including deposits, small business lending, real estate, and comprehensive banking operations. Currently, he serves as a business advisor, consultant, and chief marketing officer for The Fig Tree Group and The Shirlaws Group.
In his new role, Welch will contribute to marketing, sales consulting, human resources, culture, and performance management. He also engages in company audits and investor relations activities outside the bank.
