Choi Go-gi’s ex-wife joined the studio seven years after their divorce to share glimpses into his life. She revealed that Choi obtained a forklift license two years ago to better manage childcare responsibilities for their daughter, Sol-i.
Choi explained that early in their marriage, he enjoyed substantial earnings. However, his YouTube channel, boasting 700,000 subscribers, vanished overnight due to copyright strikes stemming from his background as a singer-songwriter.
His ex-wife elaborated that the channel was deleted less than two years after their daughter’s birth. With income dropping below basic living expenses, she resorted to pawning jewelry to make ends meet.

The girlfriend revealed how it all began: ‘We connected through SNS. I was a big fan of his and was thrilled when he liked my post. I sent a thankful DM, never expecting a reply from a celebrity. But he responded, we met, and our conversation flowed perfectly. That’s how we started dating.’
