Jeong Ji-seon, celebrated figure skater and host of a program spotlighting exceptional children, experienced a surprising moment during a recent physique assessment.
Impressive Growth on ‘Sadamgwi’
In episode 354 of KBS2’s ‘Sadamgwi’ (My Boss’s Ears Are Donkey Ears), airing on the 26th, sixth-grade elementary students participated in comprehensive physical evaluations. Jeong Ji-seon’s 13-year-old son, Wo-hyung, stood out with remarkable measurements: 173 cm in height and a shoe size of 29.5 cm.
Two years prior, Wo-hyung appeared slim at 160 cm, often likened to a girl. Now, his robust physique and prominent muscles left everyone impressed.
Family Reactions and Confidence Boost
Jeong Ji-seon marveled at her son’s development, exclaiming, “He’s the tallest!” Comedian Kim Sook added, “I raised him well—he’s sturdy.”
Wo-hyung reflected, “I used to be shy as a child, but now I’m full of confidence.” The growth spurt even led to an on-the-spot hosting opportunity from his mother, a prestigious national team skater.
Aware that his mother’s fame inspires upperclassmen to look up to her, Wo-hyung remains humble. When Jeong praised his talents, he modestly replied, “It’s just because you’re a famous skater.”
Musical Talents and Family Bond
Despite his modesty, Jeong recognizes her son’s innate musical gifts. During a family game involving rhythm challenges, Wo-hyung once wondered, “Am I lacking in talent?” Jeong reassured him, easing his doubts.
The panel reacted with awe, questioning, “In just 10 years, has anyone grown like Wo-hyung?”
Wo-hyung’s commanding 173 cm frame positions him as a standout ‘national treasure kid,’ marking his hosting debut on ‘Sadamgwi,’ which broadcasts every Wednesday and Sunday at 4:40 PM on KBS2.
