Hanlim Multi Arts High School President Han Seong-woo announces the relaunch of the ‘President Experience School’ program, recruiting participants for six sessions from May 30 to November 28 in the school’s main building.
Program Details and Eligibility
The initiative targets 4th and 5th-grade elementary students from the Hwaseong, Osan, Yongin, Suwon, Pyeongtaek, and Anseong regions. Organizers select up to 20 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendance requires QR code check-in by 9 a.m. on the first of each month, followed by activities on the subsequent public holiday.
Hands-On Activities
Participants engage in diverse experiences, including:
- Introduction to the President Experience School
- Field trip to Suwon City Hall
- Hands-on crafting at Olbarun
- Exploration of human body cells and structures
- Water missions, water experiences, and water skiing
These activities provide students with direct, enriching encounters beyond traditional classroom learning.
Post-Pandemic Revival
The program resumes field experiences halted during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering students practical exposure to arts and essential life skills. It emphasizes non-athletic activities to meet key educational goals.
President’s Vision
Han Seong-woo states, “The President Experience School introduces elementary students to the world of arts and cultivates their unique sense of humanity through Olbarun-inspired activities.”
He adds, “Even in its short form, the program connects with local communities for ongoing expansion and active development.”
