HUNTR/X from Netflix’s animated movie ″KPop Demon Hunters″ [NETFLIX]
The soundtrack for Netflix’s hit animated movie “Kpop Demon Hunters” remained at No. 2 in its twentieth week on Billboard’s primary albums chart.
Based on a Billboard preview launched Sunday, the album ranked simply behind international pop star Taylor Swift’s newest studio album, “The Lifetime of a Showgirl,” on the Billboard 200 for the fifth week in a row.
The soundtrack beforehand topped the chart twice earlier than ceding the No. 1 spot to Swift.
The Billboard 200 ranks the preferred albums of the week in the US, measured by equal album models, comprising bodily gross sales, track-equivalent models and streaming-equivalent models.
Through the newest monitoring week, the “KPop Demon Hunters” soundtrack earned 84,000 equal album models, down 1 p.c from the earlier week.
The soundtrack secured 5 nominations on the upcoming 68th Grammy Awards in February. Amongst them, the standout monitor “Golden” was nominated for Track of the Yr.
