Leaders LG Twins continue their Jamsil Stadium surge with another packed house. Tickets for the second game in their 2026 KBO League series against SSG Landers sold out completely just 20 minutes before the 4:40 p.m. start on April 11, filling all 23,750 seats.
Sixth Home Sellout This Season
This marks the sixth home sellout for LG Twins this season. Since the season opener, the team has consistently drawn massive crowds at Jamsil. Starting from March 28, following two straight losses to KT Wiz, LG secured sellouts across five consecutive home games, including their regular matchup with KIA Tigers.
Quick Rebound from Recent Dip
The previous day’s finale against SSG on April 10 drew 23,122 spectators, falling 628 short of capacity despite high expectations. Undeterred fans returned in force, snapping up remaining tickets rapidly.
Over the past two years at Jamsil, KBO League games have attracted a cumulative 12 million attendees, with LG Twins at the forefront of this success. Even after back-to-back losses, strong demand led to a last-minute sellout, underscoring the team’s enduring appeal.
