Travel & Leisure CEO Offloads Shares Following Options Exercise
Michael Dean Brown, CEO of Travel & Leisure Co. (NYSE: TNL), sold 11,522 shares on April 14 and 15, 2026, generating proceeds of $910,416 at an average price of $79.02 per share.
The transaction incorporated stock option exercises. Brown acquired the shares at an average strike price of $44.38, for a total exercise cost of $511,346. After the sale, he retains direct ownership of 487,303 shares.
Wyndham Hotels Raises Dividend by 5%
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, reflecting a 5% annual increase. The payment schedules for March 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on March 20, 2026.
New CFO Appointment at Wyndham
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts appointed Amit Sripathi as its new Chief Financial Officer. Sripathi succeeds Kurt Albert, who retired following his tenure as the company’s top financial executive.
$650 Million Share Repurchase Authorization
The company authorized a $650 million share repurchase program. To finance this initiative and retire outstanding commercial paper, Wyndham issued senior notes bearing 5.625% interest, due in 2033.
Proceeds from the notes will fund share repurchases, repay debt, and support general corporate needs.
Bilt Partnership Enhances Wyndham Rewards
Wyndham Hotels partnered with Bilt to enable 1:1 point transfers from Bilt Rewards to Wyndham Rewards. This opens access to Wyndham’s global network of more than 8,300 hotels for Bilt’s full membership base.
The collaboration aims to accelerate membership expansion and boost platform engagement.
