Son Yeon-jae captured the intimate corners of the modest house, highlighting moments filled with joy despite its compact size. She captioned the post: “Bye to our home where we lived for four years. Got married, met our little one on the way, and overflowed with happiness!”
The property served as a beloved newlywed haven, where the couple stayed even after tying the knot, utilizing an annex for added comfort.
New Luxury Residence
Son Yeon-jae and her husband Kim Young-in now reside in a single-family home in Seoul’s Yongsan-gu Itaewon-dong. This upscale property, dubbed Haedang House, was purchased outright for 7.2 billion KRW in cash, with no loans involved.
Life Beyond Gymnastics
The couple married in September 2022. Since retiring, Son Yeon-jae has thrived as an instructor at her rhythmic gymnastics academy, Leaf Studio, which she launched as a side venture during her university days in 2017. She balances family life with her coaching role alongside her husband.
