Event Details
The pop-up takes place at the Side Note Club, Rise Hotel’s 15th-floor rooftop bar, from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Guests enjoy Jipyeong makgeolli, Jipyeong soju, and other traditional brews alongside popular K-foods such as dosirak lunchboxes, tteokbokki, ramen, and dakgangjeong.
Targeting Global Visitors
Nearly 90% of Rise Hotel’s guests are foreigners, making the Hongdae location ideal. The collaboration highlights the area’s vibrant energy as a hub for hotel features, culture, and performances. Officials expect it to promote Korean culinary traditions worldwide and generate economic benefits.
A Jipyeong Brewery spokesperson stated, “Through this partnership with Rise Otto Group Collection Hotel, we aim to actively expand shared experiences for global tourists, centering on spaces like the hotel lounge bar.”
