Leeum Museum of Artwork Honorary Director Hong Ra-hee has gifted all of her 1,808,577 Samsung C&T shares to Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong.
In accordance with the digital disclosure system of the Monetary Supervisory Service on Dec. 2, Samsung C&T disclosed that Hong will reward all of her Samsung C&T shares to Chairman Lee.
The switch date is Jan. 2 subsequent 12 months. The gifted shares whole 1,808,577, representing a 1.06 p.c stake based mostly on fairness ratio. After the switch, Hong’s stake might be eradicated, whereas Lee’s stake will rise to twenty.82 p.c.
