BTS leader RM has shared a video showcasing his driving skills on social media. Posted on February 18, the clip features RM confidently behind the wheel, drawing significant attention from fans.
RM’s Path to Passing the Driving Test
RM obtained his driver’s license last December following military enlistment. In the video, he recounts his initial driving exam experience, where a U-turn led to an accidental lane invasion. After retaking the test, he passed successfully. He notes that basic driving feels straightforward, but parking remains challenging and requires more practice.
During military service, RM drives official vehicles and supervises recruits, providing him hands-on experience.
Motivations for Getting Licensed
RM explained his reasons candidly: “I have no plans to buy a car; I just wanted to smoke.” He added, “I wanted to overcome my own trauma too.” The video caption reads, “Driving makes me happy. I drive too.”
