Security sources indicate the UAE’s actions respond to earlier Iranian aggression. On February 28, during the conflict’s initial phase, Iranian retaliatory airstrikes hit UAE command centers, damaging key facilities at Abu Dhabi and Dubai hub airports. Iran faced immediate intelligence setbacks from these exposures.
Leadership Positions Harden
UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan designated Iran an enemy, stating, “We are one link in the chain of the entire battlefield.”
