Kim Song-gi explained, “We manage 41 restaurants and bakeries in nine Lotte Hotels, including locations in Seoul, Jeju, Busan, and Ulsan, employing 638 people.” He added that the 22-year-old franchise entered the 45-year-old brand after 22 years of operation.
Reflecting on their experiences, Kim Song-gi noted 45 years in the industry, while Park Myung-soo brings 20 years. Kim praised Park, calling him “a truly great person who meets people head-on.”
