In response to questions about contract details, Jang Su-won stated, ‘I didn’t know the specifics. I handled it casually.’ He added, ‘Even at meetings here, many participants lack detailed knowledge, making it hard to disclose everything.’
Construction and Missing Funds
When pressed on the matter, Jang Su-won replied, ‘I don’t recall precisely. Construction occurred. The Jamsil basement apartment was built in 2018 and 2019, and it still stands.’ He vented frustration, questioning, ‘Where did the money go?’
