Choi Hyo-ju delivered a dominant performance to win the women’s singles championship in the 2026 Dunamu Pro Table Tennis League Series 1. She defeated Hwaseong City Corporation’s Yu Si-woo 3-0 in the final held at the Incheon International Airport Corporation Skydome special studio.
Path to the Championship
Choi Hyo-ju, a key transfer addition to Korean Air, secured the title at the Korean Air Masters event. She showcased her skills across eight high-stakes matches, marking the event’s highest competition level.
In the semifinals, she overcame rising star Lee Chae-yeon of the Korea Racing Authority 3-1 before advancing to claim consecutive victories, including the final triumph.
During the tournament, Choi Hyo-ju connected with table tennis legends such as Joo Se-hyuk, Dang Ye-seo, and coach Kim Kyung-ah, later collecting a memorable souvenir.
