The case surfaced last September when the officer attempted to film under a high school girl’s skirt at a train station. Bystanders spotted the act, leading to his immediate arrest.
Investigation Reveals Extensive Collection
Police seized his phone and discovered the images in a folder alongside child pornography materials. Further probes confirmed he targeted women in the police dormitory, capturing unauthorized footage of their private areas.
Investigators also linked additional secret recordings from other females, expanding the scope of the probe.
Confession and Charges
The officer admitted to amassing the images to satisfy personal sexual urges. Officials charged him with illegal filming violations and placed him under arrest for further questioning.
