MOSCOW – The Kremlin on Friday defended North Korea’s reported firing of a ballistic missile, saying Pyongyang — a key ally for Russia throughout its Ukraine marketing campaign — had the “official proper” to take action.
“We’re respectful of the official proper of our buddies within the DPRK (North Korea) to make sure their safety and take measures for it,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov advised reporters, together with AFP, in a day by day briefing.
