Details of the Incident
The mishap occurred around 4:40 p.m. on March 12. The worker, identified only as A, was installing a mixer when an unidentified issue caused part of the equipment to separate. His neck became trapped in the machinery, leading to cardiac arrest.

Factory officials confirm the site employs fewer than five workers. As a result, it remains exempt from the Serious Accident Punishment Act, which targets larger operations with stricter safety mandates.
